Viewing Issues

If you are trying to view an older YBI CD (which may have previously worked) on a Windows computer and it wil no longer open the presentation, you will probably need to install one of the QuickTime patches. Click on a link below, download the file, and run the installation patch. If you are still unable to view the presentation, contact us.

If you are unsure which version of QuickTime you have, open QuickTime and choose Help > About QuickTime from the menu.

YBI CD (Memory Viewer or Memories Viewer) QuickTime 7 Patch

If you have updated or installed QuickTime 7, click on the link below, choose Save (or Save to Disk), and double-click the installer when it has finished downloading.

If your YBI CD freezes when startinging up and you have QuickTime 7.2 or later, download and install the file below, and the YBI CD should then run.
